Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of this: ALL cancellations received

• Prior to 60 days – 25%of deposit will be retained.
• Prior to 30 days – 50% of deposit will be retained.
• Less than 30 days – 100% of deposit will be retained.
• For short stays made during High or Peak periods – full payment will be requested.
• Short stay – deemed as 1 or 2 night occupancy.
• Non arrivals during High or Peak periods will be held responsible for the full amount of their stay.
  

Terms and Conditions

All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card (card no., expiry date and ccv no – 3 digits on back of card). Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer. Details supplied on request.

All major credit cards welcome - American Express, Diners – are accepted as well.

Kindly note that any losses incurred by the Point B, due to theft or malicious damage may be charged to the guest’s account after check out.

Kindly advise of your arrival times, check in no later than 15.00hrs, otherwise deemed as a “no show”.

For check-in later than 15.00hrs, please advise approximate time. For late arrivals, please make arrangements with BRADLEY
