Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of this: ALL cancellations received

• If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival the deposit is fully refundable.
• If cancelled up to 15 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• If cancelled later than 5 days or in the case of a no show 100% of all room nights will be charged.
• For short stays deemed as 1 or 2 nights during high occupancy period the full payment will be requested.
• Non arrivals or no shows will be held responsible for the full amount of their stay.
  

Terms and Conditions

All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card (card no., expiry date and ccv no – 3 digits on back of card). Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer. Details supplied on request.

All major credit cards welcome - American Express, Diners – are accepted as well.

Kindly note that any losses incurred by the Point B, due to theft or malicious damage may be charged to the guest’s account after check out.

Kindly advise of your arrival times, check in no later than 15.00hrs, otherwise deemed as a “no show”.

For check-in later than 15.00hrs, please advise approximate time. For late arrivals, please make arrangements with BRADLEY
